Why Jhatpat

Too many apps. One family. Now just one chat.

Bills in one app, stocks in another, reminders on sticky notes and the grocery list on someone else's phone. Jhatpat brings it into the chat your family already opens every day.

Bolo, type mat karo

Speak in Hindi, English or Hinglish. A 5-second voice note does what used to take five apps and ten taps.

Made for the whole ghar

One shared brain for the family: the same lists, bills and reminders, each person in their own chat.

Does the work, asks first

It doesn't just answer, it acts: sets reminders, reads bills, tracks your portfolio. Anything with money waits for your yes.

For families

Ek chat. Poora ghar.

Invite Mummy, Papa, your partner or your kids with one code. Jhatpat keeps everyone on the same page without another family group full of forwards.

  • Shared lists that anyone can add to and tick off from the shop.
  • Bills and due dates that remind whoever pays them.
  • Reminders for anyone: “remind Mummy about her eye checkup on Friday”.
  • Parent check-ins every morning, so you know Papa took his medicine even from another city.
Papa's check-inan example

One list for the ghar

Anyone adds doodh or atta, everyone sees it, and whoever is at the shop ticks it off.

Parent check-in

A gentle good-morning to Papa with one-tap answers. If he doesn't reply, or isn't feeling well, you're told right away.

Questions

Good to know

Is Jhatpat free?

Yes, it's free for families. Later, when you choose to buy something through Jhatpat, the store may pay us a small commission. We never sell your data.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Jhatpat lives inside the chat app you already have. Open the chat, say hi, and start.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is opening soon. Telegram works today with the very same assistant, and your lists and reminders carry over.

Which languages does it understand?

English, Hindi and Hinglish when you type. Voice notes work in Hindi and other Indian languages, so parents can just speak.

Can my parents use it?

That's who we built it for. They can send voice notes instead of typing, answer with one tap, and you can set up a daily check-in for them.

Will it order or pay without asking me?

Never. Every order and every payment shows you the full amount first and waits for your tap. Zerodha access is read-only, so it can't trade at all.

How does the family share it?

Send “invite family” and share the code. Everyone who joins sees the same lists, bills and reminders, each from their own chat.

Namaste se shuru karein.
